A: Yes, you may provide fabric reference pictures or description. Certain special fabrics may be unavailable and we will offer alternatives. You may also send your own fabric; related risks shall be borne by customer.

A: Single‑piece personal custom is for private use only. If you intend to resell for commercial purpose, please contact us in advance for authorization, otherwise commercial resale is prohibited.

A: Only finished garments will be delivered for custom orders. Sewing patterns and pattern files will NOT be provided.

A: We decline orders for copyrighted IP and pirated character designs. Only original or personal OC designs are accepted.

A: Hand wash in cold water with gentle movement. Remove accessories before washing. Hang to dry in shade, avoid direct sunlight. Items with embroidery or hot‑stamping shall NOT be machine‑washed.

A: Custom‑made goods are non‑stock products. 7‑day no‑reason return & exchange is not applicable. For quality defects such as broken stitching or wrong design execution, please send photos & videos within 48 hours upon receipt. We offer repair or remaking solutions. Return / exchange is not accepted for man‑made damage, poor fit due to doll body difference or subjective dislike.

A: Minor loose threads are normal for hand‑made products and not considered quality defects. You may trim them by yourself.

A: Goods will be dispatched upon full completion and balance payment clearance. Regular courier service by default; freight cost is charged according to actual shipping fee.

A: Stretch performance depends on fabric. Cotton fabrics have almost no elasticity; knitted & spandex fabrics are stretchable. You may leave notes for loose‑fit or tight‑fit preference.

A: Please double‑check your doll model. For chubby or modified bodies, kindly provide bust / waist / shoulder width measurements. If poor fit is caused by wrong measurements provided by customer, modification service is available with extra labor cost. We offer free repair for sizing errors caused by our pattern‑making.

A: Slight color deviation may exist due to different display screens and lighting conditions, which shall not be regarded as quality defect. We will match reference colors as much as possible. If you require strict color accuracy, please request fabric swatches.

A: Yes, we accept custom orders based on reference pictures or modified designs. Available sizes include 20cm /15cm cotton dolls, OB11, BJD 1/4, 1/6, Blythe, etc. Please inform us of your doll model and body version when placing an order. For special modified bodies, actual body measurements are required.

A: Minor adjustments are free before fabric cutting. Revisions after cutting & sewing will incur extra modification fees and reset lead‑time. Major redesign counts as a brand‑new custom order.

A: For single‑piece personal custom: no separate pre‑sample, we produce final item directly. For bulk orders, pre‑production sample will be made for your confirmation before mass production.

A: Simple styles: 7‑15 working days. Heavy‑duty complex styles:15‑30 working days. Bulk orders lead‑time quoted separately. Production schedule may be extended in peak seasons. Shipping time is excluded.

A: Quotation is fixed once design is confirmed. No price negotiation after production starts. Mid‑order style revision will generate extra charges.

Q7: Is deposit required? Can I pay full amount upfront before production? A: Deposit (30%‑50%) is required for custom orders, covering pattern‑making and material procurement. Deposit is non‑refundable for customer‑initiated order cancellation. Balance shall be settled before shipment for bulk orders. Production will not start without deposit.

A: Custom orders require separate pattern‑making, cutting and sewing instead of mass assembly‑line production. Costs include pattern‑development and manual labor.

A: Price depends on doll size, fabric selection, craftsmanship (embroidery, hot stamping, hand beading, pleats), number of accessories. Send us reference images & doll size for an estimated quote.

A: For personal custom: 1 piece minimum. For bulk production, minimum order quantity applies, please contact us for quotation.

A: Clear reference pictures (front + side view preferred). Please specify desired revisions: color, fabric, add/remove decorations and doll size plus any special requirements. Higher picture clarity brings better reproduction. Blurry hand‑drawn drafts may lead to deviations in details & colors.

A: Regular dresses, sets, shirts, coats, pants and camisoles are workable. Heavy‑work items such as heavy beading, complex embroidery, hollow crochet and tiny accessories are highly difficult. Some styles may not be achievable, or will incur higher prices and longer lead‑time. We do not accept infringing IP or pirated character designs.
